The story

Issue 8 of VRWorldTech Magazine, the bimonthly publication dedicated to immersive technology for enterprise and a must-read for businesses and professional users, is focusing on the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) sector.

Issue 8, which is available in print during the week of 14 June and as a digital magazine on 28 June, is the first time VRWorldTech Magazine has shone a light on design, visualisation and collaboration across virtual and augmented reality within AEC.

This is an exciting sector to focus on right now. Designers, architects and engineers are at the forefront of virtual reality, creating and refining increasingly impressive buildings and structures, without having to leave their studio and on much grander scales. Augmented reality is being utilised to redefine traditional spaces and bring 3D models alive, in the real world.

Issue 8 of VRWorldTech Magazine finds out why and how virtual and augmented reality are must-use modalities within AEC, for designing and shaping projects, reviewing and visualising them, and bringing together geographically dispersed colleagues and clients to make them bigger, bolder and better than ever before.

Get involved

The Reality Wire, the space within VRWorldTech Magazine reserved for any and all insights, new products and updates related to the issue’s core focus, is once again open for contributions.

The only provisos are space, so word count is limited to 500 words, and the issue’s focus. This means any content shared should relate to AEC use cases and applications in some way, although this is a flexible requirement. Get in touch with editor Mark Dugdale via editor@vrworldtech.com to find out more.

The deadline for issue 8 is 4 June, so there isn’t much time left to get involved.
